Registration Deadline and Cost:
For registration forms received by FRIDAY, MAY 16: $13/dasher (Museum member); $15/dasher (nonmember)
For registration forms received by WEDNESDAY, MAY 21: $18/dasher
Registration will not be accepted after May 21.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the acceptance of this entry to the Discovery Dash, I waive all claims for myself, my heirs, or assigns against the Virginia Discovery Museum, race sponsors, organizers, and race committee for any injury or illness which may result from my child’s participation. I understand that if the race is cancelled by circumstances beyond the control of the race organizers, my entry fee will not be refunded. On behalf of my child and myself, I irrevocably consent to the unrestricted use by the Virginia Discovery Museum of my child’s photograph or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes, and I waive the right to inspect or approve such completed photographs, likeness, advertising or promotional materials used in connection herewith.
