Want something fun for your kids to do during teacher work days orwhile you ar running errands? Let them spend a fun-filled morning at the Virginia Discovery Museum learning about science, culture or history.
Chemistry Fun!
Session 1: Monday October 13, ages 4 - 6
Session 2: Monday October 20, ages 6 - 8
9 am - 12 noon each day
$25 members/ $30 nonmembers

come make gooey stuff, explosions and things you can eat. Come dressed to make a mess and join us for some fun with chemistry!
Roots Music!
Session 1: Monday November 3, ages 4 - 6
Session 2: Tuesday, November 4, ages 6 - 8
9 am - 12 noon each day

Some learn all about roots music! Listen to music from different regions, experiment with differnt sounds, and make you own musical instrument!
Halloween Party!

Wear your costume, make a spooky craft and play Halloween games!
