Date Night Drop-Off

Parents, need a Friday night out? Let the Virginia Discovery Museum watch the kids while you enjoy some much-deserved time to yourselves! Once a month from September to March, VDM offers Date Night Drop-Offs, which include themed crafts and activities, a pizza dinner from our community partner Uncle Maddio’s Pizza, and plenty of playtime in the Museum Galleries. Themes change every month, so check back to see what’s upcoming!

Where does pizza come from? What makes the crust rise? It’s Charlottesville Restaurant Week, and we’re learning all about this marvelous, melty meal as we experiment with yeast, craft our own paper pizza, and more!
